The Founder
Paul J. Murphy, III is the sole owner and founder of Crescent Bend Development. Mr. Murphy is a native of Knoxville and is dedicated to preserving the natural beauty and historic nature of his hometown. Each of his projects is designed to create desirable housing for the residents of Knoxville while complementing the natural surroundings. Mr. Murphy holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Tennessee. Mr. Murphy lives with his wife and two daughters and is an active community member.
